In a sauté pan combine the pecans, sugar, and water. Cook until the water has evaporated, and the sugars have crystallized.
Next in a medium size pot combine the cooked sweet potatoes, cinnamon, agave nectar, and Hope and Sesame® Original Sesamemilk. Cook on medium heat until everything is combined and adjust the seasoning with salt and extra virgin olive oil to taste.
Transfer to a casserole dish and top with the candied pecans and vegan marshmallows. Cook under the oven broiler or with a hand torch until the marshmallows are scorched.
