Hope and Sesame
- 2 ea Flour Tortillas, Large
- 6 oz Vegan Cheese, Shredded
- ¾ Cup Canned Black Beans, Drained
- ½ Cup Sauteed Button Mushrooms
- ½ Cup Canned Corn, Drained
- 2 TBS Canola Oil
- 1 Cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- ¼ Cup Prepared Pico De Gallo
- Start by evenly distributing Shredded Vegan Cheese, Black Beans, Sauteed Mushrooms and Corn.
- Transfer to a large skillet and cover with the other Flour Tortilla.
- Cook until toasted and the cheese has melted.
- Serve with Hope & Sesame Nacho Cheese Sauce and top with Prepared Pico De Gallo.
Best served with Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce!
