Two winners will be randomly selected and notified via comment on this post by @mozaicschips, @veggicopia, @thesoupergirldc, and @eatthechange accounts only. TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Plant-Based Picnic Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) entrant’s registration and participation in the Giveaway shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained herein (the “Official Giveaway Rules”). The Giveaway is open only to those who like and save the Giveaway post from the Soupergirl, Eat the Change, Mozaics Chips or Veggicopia Instagram feed, follow all the brands in the giveaway, and tag a separate account. A bonus entry will be made if they repost the post to their Instagram Story. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Only legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry are eligible. The Giveaway is void where it is prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate in or win the Giveaway. Participation constitutes the acceptance of all the requirements. Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Giveaway Rules and to Brands’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and complete relevant tax forms as a condition to the delivery of the applicable prize. The Winner should consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of the prize. 1. Prize: At the end of the Entry Period, there will be one (1) drawing in which one (3) potential winners shall be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by employees or representatives of sponsors. The prize includes: TBD The Prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted, apart from at the sole discretion of sponsors. Prize cannot be delivered to P.O. Box. 2. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. 3. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via comment on the Giveaway post within five (5) days following the winner selection. The Brands shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
