How to Win the Contest Finals

• Top content will be selected by Hope and Sesame® and will be reposted by @hopeandsesameco on Instagram for followers to vote on their favorite(s) during the period of March 16 through March 31, 2023. 1 vote will be granted for every like, comment, or share!

#WhyIChooseSesamemilk Contest Terms:

Eligibility:

This contest is open only to persons who are 18 years old or older as of the date of Entry in the U.S. and Canada. Employees of The Planting Hope Company (“Employees”) and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. This Contest is not open to any individual in a jurisdiction where the Contest of the individual entering the Contest would be prohibited by law. Influencers who receive free sample kits during the month of March are not eligible to enter. 

Agreement to Terms: 

By entering the contest using above guidelines, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms. You also represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements and that the Contest and You are entering the Contest is not prohibited in Your jurisdiction. You agree to accept the decisions of the voting process as outlined below as final and binding as it relates to the Contest. By sharing content and entering the contest using the guidelines outlined above, you agree to your contest submission being shared on Hope and Sesame® owned media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and our website.

Contest Period:

Entries for the #whyichoosesesamemilk contest will be accepted via Instagram March 1 at 1pm CST through March 14 at 11:59pm CST (“Contest Period”). Entries must be received before the end of the Contest Period in order to be considered for voting. Voting for final winners will commence on March 16 at 12:00pm CST.

How to enter:

1. To participate in the Contest, you must post content on Instagram that adheres to the instructions laid out above. 
2. Multiple entries are allowed per person.
3. The Entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified in these Terms, to be eligible to win a prize.

Prizes:

1. Up to a maximum of five (5) winners will be selected by voting to occur on Instagram
2. The top five (5) creators who receive the most votes will receive (1) Plant-Based Starter Kit +  (1) 6ct Hope and Sesame® Variety Pack (a $105 value)
3. The top two (2) creators who receive the most votes will additionally receive a $250 Amazon gift card
4. All specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by Hope and Sesame®. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted. If for any reason there are logistical issues with providing a prize, Hope and Sesame® may at its sole discretion provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
