CAVA + RightRice Protein Bowl
Recreate your favorite chef-curated Chicken + RightRice Bowl from CAVA at home! Featuring a unique blend of fresh Mediterranean ingredients combined with our protein-packed, lower-carb veggie rice and topped with CAVA’s signature dips, this is not your grandma’s chicken & rice - it’s better! 1 Package Original RightRice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup pickled onions
- 4 Tbsp CAVA Hummus
- 4 Tbsp CAVA Tzatziki
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- Pita bread or pita chips, for serving
- Cook the RightRice according to the package instructions, then cool down to room temperature.
- Prepare veggies and chicken. Once RightRice reaches room temperature, split evenly among four bowls.
- Top each bowl with 1 cup of arugula, ¼ cup of cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup of cucumbers, ¼ cup of pickled onions, and 3-4 ounces grilled chicken. Finish with 1 Tablespoon hummus, 1 Tablespoon tzatziki, and desired amount of crumbled feta.
- Serve with a side of fresh pita bread or baked pita chips.
