Directions

1. Start by evenly distributing Shredded Vegan Cheese, Black Beans, Sauteed Mushrooms and Corn.
2. Transfer to a large skillet and cover with the other Flour Tortilla.
3. Cook until toasted and the cheese has melted.
4. Serve with Hope & Sesame Nacho Cheese Sauce and top with Prepared Pico De Gallo.

5. Serve Immediately.
